Koshare will be getting out of the repair shop this week. Look for Koshare at the annual Snowdown event in Durango the first weekend in February. This great event features a spectacular balloon launch in the valley while passengers on the Durango and Silverton train stop for about 30 minutes to watch.
Veronika Fabian, a former DNA attorney now based in Chandler, Ariz., makes the allegation in a class-action suit filed against the Credit Acceptance Corp. on behalf of Deanna Begay of Chinle.
