Milan, NM Energy Producer to Expand Operation

Milan, NM Energy Producer to Expand Operation
USDA RD Financial Support Helps Mt. Taylor Machine, Inc Increase Production

(March 7, 2012 Albuquerque, NM) USDA Rural Development State Director Terry
Brunner will present a certificate of obligation and congratulate the owners
of Mt. Taylor Machine, Inc. in Milan, New Mexico for their successful
application of funds for the expansion of creating wood pellets.

The presentation to Mt. Taylor Machine is being made to highlight USDA Rural
Development's financial support for businesses that take advantage of Advanced
Biofuel Payment Program.

The Advanced Biofuel Payment Program provides payments to producers to support
and ensure an expanding production of advanced biofuel.  Advanced biofuels are
produced from renewable biomass crops such as cellulose, sugar and starch
(other than ethanol derived from corn kernel starch), waste materials, biogas,
butanol, diesel-equivalent fuel, sugarcane, and nonfood crops such as poplar
trees or switchgrass.

The Mt. Taylor Machine project will receive a $4,105 grant under the Advanced
Biofuel Payment Program to expand its operations of taking recycled pallets,
recycled crates, yard waste and other recycled wood waste to manufacture wood
pellets used for heating.  Currently, the company is taking 10 to 12-million
pounds of wood waste to produce a high quality wood pellet which is then sold
throughout New Mexico.
