KOAT reports,
The flames were dangerously close to Larry Foote’s home. He said it’s a miracle that his house didn’t go up in flames.
“It’s moving so fast and is such a big old monster now,” Foote said.Officials with the Department of Homeland Security said it’s unclear how the fire started.Jeff Crum with Homeland Security said Sunday’s nearly 70 mph winds are will only fuel the fire.“The winds are going to be terrible,” he said.
KOAT reports predictions the fire could continue for days.
